Dark Phoenix
Chapter 3
Description: The Dark Phoenix is a phoenix which is attracted to blood, corpses or suffering. They are most likely evil but you will find a rare good one every five hundred years.
Anatomy: These phoenixes have black plumage with dark, blood red streaks. They have black beaks
Food: Blood, flesh, pain,fear, souls of the dead, internal organs.
Taming: Go to a battlefield right after a war. Carry a corpse or a dead person’s blood. Remember, these are powerful and intelligent beasts. Carefully extend your hand towards the phoenix, with your offering placed inside. Do not show fear as the phoenixes will feed off it. One phoenix will come toward you and eat out of your hand. You have tamed it. However, if the whole flock comes, sing a happy song. Also sing if you’ve decided you don’t want a Dark Phoenix. If none of the phoenixes show any interest, try another battlefield or wait until the next fight.
WARNING: Dark Phoenixes are best for witches, alchemists, or anyone messing with the Dark Arts. Do not get one if you are good or like sweet things like most fairy-tale princesses.
