Super simple Banana cake

Equipment-
Bowls x 2
A way of mixing (manual or automatic)
A banana cake tin (up to you)
A case (for the tin because otherwise it’ll stick to the tin)

Ingredients-
225g self raising flour
100g unsalted butter (salted with do tho!)
100g soft light brown sugar (you can substitute for it caster sugar)
2 large eggs
4 bananas (the more bruised the better!)
If you want-
½ tsp ginger
½ tsp cinnamon
(you can do either in any ratio to suit your preferences tho!)

Method
Put the flour and butter in the bowl you wish to mix (as in if you’re using an automatic mixer use that bowl)
Rub these together with your hands like you’re making breadcrumbs. Make sure to get rid of any butter lumps!
Measure the other ingredients in the second bowl and add them to the first bowl. Mix until combined but make sure not to do it too much as you’ll activate the gluten.
Pour this mixture into the cake tin with the case and put in the oven at 180C for 45 minutes
Serve and enjoy!
