There is a difference between summoning and conjuring. Summoning is calling forth an entity or being already in existence from any plane or realm. Conjuring is mentally creating a visual and then bringing that out into the physical plane as its own entity.. For example.. hauntings....You can summon ghosts and spirits.. you CONJURE poltergeists... See, poltergeists are an advanced form of PK where pent up energy, emotions (typically grief or anger) cannot be contained anymore so they form their own being and stay nearby the source. ghosts are their own being and cannot be created in such a way..  that is just to clarify the difference.. 

Accio

This is a summoning charm- wave wand clockwise and recite the spell while clearly visualizing what you want summoned, a specific entity or being, something intangible such as wealth, happiness, or healing.. or to 'summon up' a quality deep from within yourself such as courage or self respect, etc. This, will not make things fly across a room to you- unless you are extraordinarily powerful with kinetic powers

Conjurous 

This is the conjuring charm. wave wand clockwise and visualize what you want to manifest into its own being in this reality and then recite the spell "conjurous___" fill in the blank with the subject that is to be conjured.

Depulso

This is NOT a conjuring or summoning spell, but rather a counter- it is a banishment charm, this is cast by willing and visualizing the target to be banished. If it is energy or entity it likely will go to the astral plane. If it is thoughts or emotions it likely will be blasted into oblivion, if it is a person you no longer want in your life reality they will not be sucked into another dimension, but rather they will become so scarce in your life you'll nearly forget they were even there, and if you do cross paths it will be a rare occasion and they likely won't even really pay any attention to you or vice versa. be sure to wave your wand counter clockwise OR a swipe to the left. 

Expecto Patronum

The Patronus Charm is commonly used to send messages and to serve as a kind of guardian of light and positivity should you feel threatened. Fill yourself up with love, laughter, happy thoughts, good memories, and positivity. Some may choose to channel Divine Light- this is fine as well.  fill yourself up and visualize yourself being and feeling protected and safe from threats or negativity. channel all this energy though your arm and out your wand as you wave it in the direction you want your patronus to appear to you. Once you notice your patronus has come into being mentally tell it why you conjured it. it will either protect you or act as a messenger for you depending on what you say.
