Playing Chess

Chapter 5
Luna Turned the doorknob and entered the next room. "Omg" was the only word to pop into her brain. The dirt floor had a giant black and white tiled chess board, and was strewn with matching crushed china chess peices. There was also a 11 year old sized impresion in the dirt. Along side it were life size chess figures. Luna looked at Ginny, whose mouth hung in a huge o and she muttered, "this must be the chess room." Hermione seemed very nervous and blurted, "Oh dear! How in the world will we pass without Ron?!?" And cried. As the three were best friends they all new of each others crushes and secrets. Ginny had Harry, Luna had Charlie, and Hermione had Ron. "Well......" started Luna, who remembered Ron had one the game for them, barely, last time. "Well I happen to have picked up a few tricks," said Ginny, "I play lots of chess with Ron, I have only ever won once but maybe the others team pieces are rusty." Luna decided they might as well continue, but she thought that they could just walk across the room to the door. And then she remembered the fact that you had to play across the room. Ginny took queen, Hermione knight and Luna played as a rook. It appered that Ginny was right, the other team was rusty, there moves were sloppy. They turned the knob and headed to the next room.
