My Experience - The Triwizard Tournament

To all of you who didn’t get to make it to the Triwizard tournament: I am the Hufflepuff champion for the Triwizard tournament. This is what i went through during it. The book includes the exact rp’s, explanations of the task, and more (The Yule ball, etc.). My goal is to get 100 reads! Thanks for reading!!!

The First Task
Chapter 1
Elizabeth Black Elizabeth walks out of the champions tent, her wand clutched tightly in her hand. “You can do this” she mutters to herself and turns to Callie, waiting for the okay to start down the path.

Callie Granger Callie goes to see Elizabeth
"The four creatures are already on the trail. You can go. Good luck." Callie returns to the judges' table
"Everyone, I have the honor to announce that the first task has started! Applauded Ford Elizabeth!"
The crowd applauded

Elizabeth Black I start to walk down the path drawing my wand as I go. I take a deep breath and walk in

Callie Granger The Hippogriff is in front of Elizabeth

Elizabeth Black Elizabeth looked it in the eyes keeping eye contact and not blinking. She bowed slowly, still looking it into the eyes

Callie Granger "Go Elisabeth" Callie whispers

Elizabeth Black Then the hippogriff bows back and I walk forward climbing on, after deciding to ride it to the next animal. IT will be faster and an easier way than on foot. The hippogriff takes to the sky and lands a few hundred feet in front of the next creature...

Elizabeth Black She takes her wand out again and straightens herself up to get a good look at the creature

Callie Granger (Occamy) "Go Elizabeth !"

Elizabeth Black "Accio lunchbox" I shout, pointing my wand to the champions tent moving my wand in an arch (the wand movement), in witch I saw a lunchbox earlier. I drop to my knees as it comes flying and look for a bug. I find one with a hard exoskeleton, so I know it'll eat it. I show it to the squirming occamy, who eyes it. I then wiggle it around, keeping it's attention on it and not me. The I toss it up in to the air and bring the lunchbox out to catch it. Like I thought, the occamy dives in, and shrinks as it does so. I shut the lid most of the way until it calms down, and then take it off, slowly stroking the snake like body. Then I get back on the Hipppogriff and ride to the next creature. The Thunderbird!

Elizabeth Black KNowing the Thunderbird can sense danger, Elizabeth slides off the Hippogriff even further away than she was from the occamy, and she stowed her wand away, letting it know she was not dangerous. The keeping eye contact and smiling, she slowly (like very slowly) walked towards the Thunderbird. IT looked at her questioningly but let her keep coming. When she was pretty close, she took a few steps back and looked at it kindly. It didn't react, so she went up close. It must have though she was kind, for she now was nose to beak with it and it wasn't freaking out. She pet it's beak lovingly, before walking back to the hippogriff. The thunderbird obviously didn't want her to go, but she petted it one more time, and the walked slower back to the hippogriff, as if not to make the giant bird more upset.

Callie Granger "Go Elizabeth !!!"

Elizabeth Black The werewolf is pacing back and forth, so I make an action quickly, pointing my wand at it and saying "COnfundo" moving my long wand in another arch, like an upsidown u with a little curve before they start the u. The werewolf looks confused, but I still move quickly again, pointing my wand at it and yelling "Protego" with a downward stroke of my wand. There is now a shield between me and the confused wolf. I stop for a moment and think "It's cute" but then shake my head in wonderment to what I just said. The wolf is so confused it would n'ot hurt me, and the shield helps, so I consider the task done, and walk back to the hippogriff. Then I mount it and fly to the end of the path. I dismount it, a little shaky, but healthy and happy! I have completed the first task! "Yes!" I shout, and see Callie and Ellie running over to me. I greet them and then go into the healers tent to rest up. (Not because I am sick or anything or hurt) I feel great!

"In a few minutes, Angelica of Gryffindor will take her turn."
