I can’t imagine the expression on my uncle’s face if I had been chosen for Hufflepuff. It was already enough that a Snape was sorted into Gryffindor but to Hufflepuff? I think that Draco Malfoy once said that it would bring shame. This isn’t something that would have bothered me. I hated to disappoint anyone but shame on a family wasn’t a thought. Sometimes I think that because of Hufflepuff traits I was guided.

Traits of Hufflepuffs are, in general, diligence, dedication, fairness, patience, kindness, tolerance, modesty and loyalty. I would like to say that I am kind but I have loved the people and been friends with the people in this house the most. Tonks was like a sister to me, my best friend. Cedric was my boyfriend and I think I had a bad influence on him. Alice, in my year was my best friend.

If I had been a Hufflepuff I think that it would have brought out a different side of me. I think that my relationship with my uncle could have been very different.
