This pep-talk is about how to start believing in yourself because I have noticed that recently girls don't believe that they can do it.I'll gift you some techniques so you can get started on your journey!
Past-self card: Did you get all A's this quarter/year/semester/so far? Well then write a card. When? Whenever things are going good. Why? It's a reminder for when things aren't going good that you CAN in fact make it good if you try hard enough. You've done it before right? Then you can surely get good grades again. Get an award again. Believe in yourself again. Here is an example- (Btw Libs is not my name lol)
Dear future Libs, if you are opening this card it's because you are can't seem to believe in yourself right now. But let me tell you Libs. You are amazing smart and beautiful. Are you fat right now? Well your past self was skinny and that was cause you put in the effort. Are you ugly right now? Well that's not a fact mi amor that's an opinion. Get new friends. Dear future Libs, love yourself you deserve it. You can do anything.Remember?
Make it published: Make sure you tell everyone that you can do anything. Do it enough you start believing it. It's like affirmations. A good way to believe your'e pretty,smart,amazing,kind,anything is to say it and write it and think it. Your top critic at the moment is most likely you. Let's change that! Instead of thinking "I'm so stupid" after seeing your grade on a test say "I will do better next time!". Having a positive mindset is also great for believing that you can do anything because remember you can. Lol. I've seen it happen. People who wanted something so so so bad that they made it happen. The same way someone can't MAKE you do something you can MAKE yourself do something, scratch that anything. You can do anything you put your mind to. It's not some quote it's reality. It's happened. It will happen again. People who follow their dreams and wishes until they happen.So make believing in yourself happen. Starting today,this instant.
