PA Applications
PA applications are open and accepting people until May 31st! If you are looking for answers to commonly asked questions you have come to the right place. What is a PA? A PA is a “Professors Assistant” they grade papers that students submit for course assignments and answer questions students have about the course work. What do I need to do to become a PA?
There are different requirements for different classes.
Ancient Runes: Must have completed ANCR 201 with 90%. Strong candidates will have completed more. For questions, contact Professor Wessex.
Care of Magical Creatures: Must have completed COMC 201 with 90%. Strong candidates will have completed more. For questions, contact Professor Anne.
Charms: Must have submitted all work for CHRM 101. For questions, contact Professor Virneburg.
History of Magic: Must have completed HoM 101. For any questions, contact Headmistress Oshiro.
Transfiguration: Must have submitted all work for TNFG 101. For questions, contact Professor Mitchell
Some people are wondering when they will get notified if they are in or not. Professor Virneburg responded with “After the deadline, I will round up all the applications and send owls to notify you if you got in or are not in''. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL PROFESSORS EXCESSIVELY they have enough stuff to do as it remembers they are people with lives. If you have any more questions send an owl to Kaela Martin or Samantha Martin or simply look at the PA application letter in the HIH newsroom Thank you :)
