Yuki was riding back to her castle in Fallen Haven. She frowned as she saw a fight break out. “Men, let me handle this one..” she sighed, getting out of her carriage. She looked at them and tried to help them make amends. “I hate this stupid kingdom..” she muttered, as they ignored her.

Jack was walking through on patrol when he noticed a fight. "Great..." he muttered, making his way towards them. As he walked closer, he noticed someone who looked like Princess Yuki. "Princess?" He asked.

She hid herself, “No, this is not princess Yuki!” She quickly hopped into her carriage. “If Jack see’s how dirty I am, I am done for,” she mutters. Jack sighed. "I know it's you, and I don't care if you're dirty" he said. She peeked out, “You won’t tell father…?” She got out, her clothes brown and dirty. Jack looked at her. "Do you honestly think I'd rat you out?" He asked, crossing his arms. “Yes, your duty is to the King, not the princess,” she said, wiping a leaf from his hair. “And you always talk about duty..so,” she explained. Jack sighed. "My duty is to protect him, and you're royalty. Which means whatever you order, I do" he said, smirking. “Is that true? But isn’t my father higher than me?” She asked, staring at him. “Therefore, you should have a greater duty to him.” She then smirked, “Are you choosing favorites?” Jack looked around before looking back at her, smirking. "Why, I have no idea what you’re implying, Princess. I am merely doing my duty, following and protecting royalty" he said. “I see, Sir Knight,” she said. She smirked at him, “You are getting awfully close to me, do you have something you want me to do?” Jack chuckled. "Now, I believe you have that wrong. It's your duty to tell me what to do" he said. “I see,” she said. “What were you doing out, anyways?” Jack questioned. “I went to the Fallen Clover kingdom and met a guy named Gear, and he brought his friend Zaira!” She then smiled, “Even princess Luna joined!”

A yell could be heard from behind her. She turned and walked towards the source of the noise. “Please break up the fight between these two,” she said, pointing to the arguing couple. “Oh, and no violence!” Jack nodded with a chuckle before doing a dramatic bow. "Yes princess" he joked before walking towards them. "Hey, can you guys break it up please? You're disturbing everyone else" he said.

Yuki smiled as she watched them stop fighting. “Thank you Knight, now I should be on my way..” she said, waving at him. She turned back towards her carriage. Jack grabbed her wrist. When she glared at him, he just chuckled. "Nice try but I'm not letting you go unprotected" he said. He looked around and grabbed a random cloak, throwing it on to hide himself. He grabbed another one and handed it to her. "There, now you can be protected and your cover won't be blown" he smirked. “Thank you,” she said. She put it on and tapped him, “How do I look, Jack?” Jack looked at her. "Definitely not like a pretty princess" he chuckled. She frowned, “Sir Knight, do I still look pretty?” Jack sighed. "Of course you’re a pretty princess, always. Just said that cause of the cloak" he mumbled. Jack sighed again when she didn't say anything. "I shouldn't have joked like that, I apologize if I offended you" he mumbled, bowing his head.
“It’s fine, Sir Knight,” she said.

As the carriage came to a stop, she smiled, “Don’t get in trouble Jack..” She climbed up to her window and looked down at him. Jack laughed. "Me? Trouble? Never heard of the word" he chuckled. She winked at him through the window and giggled, “Are you lying to me, Sir Knight?”Jack gasped dramatically. "Me? A liar? Why of course not! But I am a good storyteller." He winked back. “You’re so cute,” she said. She blew a kiss at him.Jack chuckled. "I believe you have that mixed up, you're the cute one princess!" He called out with a laugh. “Mhm, keep lying to yourself, Sir Knight! Now, we must not flirt, Father will be furious,” she said, waving to him. Jack chuckled. "Flirting? Why, I am just pointing out the obvious!" he chuckled before walking away.

The princess returned to her bedroom, “Geez, what a troublemaker.” She smiled and sat on her bed. “You really are a huge flirt,” she smiled, laying down.


Jack walked towards the training grounds and started on his usual routine before noticing the King. Jack immediately stood up and saluted at him. "Sir" he said, staring at him seriously. The King nodded at him before walking off. Jack sighed before continuing his routine.


There was a knock on Yuki’s door. “Your father, the king, would like to see you for dinner, your highness. She heard one of the servants call through the door. “Be right there!” She Yuki called back. She quickly hopped off her bed and changed into a blue dress. One that matched her eyes. She combed through her blonde hair, making sure there was no dirt in it. Once she was sure that she looked presentable, she excited the room.
Yuki made her way down the stairs to the dining room. She saw her father walking into the door. She walked over to him "Should we have dinner?" she asked. He nodded and they walked inside. Her older sister, Isabella-Marie, was there as well.


After finishing his routine, Jack made his way to his quarters. Once he reached his door, he saw Yuki standing there. Yuki smiled, "Hello Jack!" She laughed and held up some keys, "I have the key to your room!" Jack chuckled. "Thanks but why do you have my key?" He asked. "I stole it from you," she said. Jack shook his head. "Of course you did" She gave him the key and looked at him, "Can you teach me to fight with a sword?" "Why? Not that I'm disagreeing" He said before opening his door and looking at her. “Well, when I go on my journey, I need some sort of weapon. So I decided on a sword. I can’t teach myself and big brother is useless, so teach me!” She said, staring at him. Jack nodded. "Ok, when do you want to start?" He asked. “I’ll do it tomorrow, after I visit the elf kingdom again!” She said. “Well, I have a lot of preparing to do. Good night!” Jack chuckled. "Night" he said before entering his room and going to bed.
