The mother responded with a clear voice "Well, of course I was abused". The police officer took one long look at the girls and said "Which one of you was it?". They all looked at each other for a second guessing what would happen to Cam-Lilla. Then the mother started "Police officer um.. Tom it was-". The police officer stopped her and said "Maam I want the girls to answer!". She looked down. The girls sat there a few minutes thinking the consequences through. The officer waited patiently and he fiddled with a piece of clothing. Cam-Lilla began "I suppose it's fair to just say the truth, I did slap her officer. Out of anger that she hurt my sister I decided to. But the truth officer is that she has been abusing us our whole lives every day after school and only today did I react back.". The officer said "I appreciate your truthfulness misses I really do. It is unfortunate you girls did not repeat this earlier". The mother made a face of unfairness and said "Officer who will be punished!!??".
