5 Ways To Take Notes
Chapter 3
In my last book I said you should take notes, and that you should add tips from yourself, and other tips on how to keep them neat, organized, and clean. This time, I am going to talk about ways to take notes.
1. Google Read and Write is a great computer program for taking notes. You need a google account, and organization. What it does is you highlight what you want to know from the lesson, and then you collect the highlights into a google doc, where you would then put them in bullet points, and add your personal notes to them. Remember, while this is a great way to take notes, plagiarizing is not okay, and you should not copy them to your responses.
2. Keep a Whole Notebook. If you are a fan of writing this is the best way to go. It keeps all of your notes in the same place, and it is only one thing to misplace (If you do) not multiple notes. It is also a good way to see all the work you have put in to your studies. Make sure your handwriting is neat though!
3. Loose-leaf paper, is another form of written notes. Again, you need to make sure your writing is neat, and that you wouldn't loose any of the papers.
4. Type up a Document. This is another online way to take notes, and is a good thing to do if you are a fast typeset. It is also a good way to add your own thoughts and keeping all of your thoughts organized with out having to go through it after. So if a professor takes a while to get to the point, you can add your own thoughts instead of the professors mumbo jumbo.
5. Doodle and Write on paper. This is a good thing to do if you are a good artist, and would like to remember stuff clearer. Don't just doodle randomness, it should be related to the lessons.
