Chapter 11
I wanted badly to tell Ron, but I should wait until it was official. Until I asked her out. Besides, Hermione would probably want to tell him. Then she could see and hear his reaction. And she could tell me all about it in detail. I went to sleep almost immediately after Hermione had left. And in the morning I felt better rested than I have in two days.

I spent the day happily cleaning the store and once that was finished I started to work on the sign. "Did you get back alright?" I texted Hermione while taking a break. "Yeah, no one saw me. But I can't do it everyday. Harry's bound to need his cloak for rule-breaking of his own." I smiled and continued working on the sign.

When I had finished it I stepped back to admire it. Weasley's Wizard Wheezes, it said. It looked just as good as the one in Diagon Alley, no, better! I don't know why but my mind was oddly clear. I hadn't felt this calm in months. It might be knowing that Ron was going to get what he deserves. Or that Hermione had gotten over it and wasn't hung up on it anymore.

I probably wouldn't be able to see Hermione again for a while but I was willing to wait. I had been shocked when she kissed me, but it was a pleasant surprise. I'm pretty sure that I wasn't looking at her when I said goodbye. But she can't blame me for that, she was wearing an invisibility cloak!

That night I slept well, my dreams dwelling on Hermione and Ron, who was dangling off of his broomstick. Hermione and I didn't help him, we just watched him struggle.
