Looking ahead at assignments will also help you make sure you don't forget any assignments, so you can earn a good grade every time.

Reading carefully, and re-reading is a very good skill to have when you are in class. When you re-read, you will make sure the information that you remembered is correct, and not mixed up with other information that you have read. You don't have to re-read the whole assignment, but reading key parts a couple times will never hurt.
