I can almost guarantee you lie. You may notice it or not. We have gotten so used to lying that sometimes we don't even realize we are doing it. The world is becoming full of lies by the day. You see when you say things like "I don't like him" and you do that's a lie. We try to save ourselves the embarrassment by lying but are we doing ourselves a favor. I know many may have not read this book because they try to not stay thinking about the daily lies they say. Facing the hard truth is brave and it's a step closer to conquering it. So, I admire you for that. You can admit your mistakes easier than others. Congratulations!! First step to stopping lies is to know that you are lying. Then know what things you say are lies. Lastly trying to keep your word to your goal. This chapter holds some examples of lying that are so commonly mistaken as truth or not noticed! When someone catches you doing something and they ask what you were doing and you answer "nothing" out of habit believe it or not it's lying in the end. It took having it told to me to admit it eventually. Here are a list of some more:

I know that many of these may sound funny/silly or not like lies but once you do/did what you said it's counted as a lie. I'm not suddenly asking everyone to never lie I'm just asking that you try :)
