Chapter 1
Have you ever over thought before whether it was choosing an ice cream or choosing between two people you like? It is difficult as you can tell to make a decision whether it is small or big? There is such thing as thinking things through and over thinking. There is no problem until you overthink. Once you over think you start stressing yourself out. This stress can lead to many problems Like headaches for example. There are some techniques that I want to leave you with before you go. First of all try to ask for help. Though you may be afraid to it's great to hear advice or another's opinion. Try to pick someone who is wise and understands problems. Who has gone through what you are going through. The second technique I want to give you is this: write a list of the disadvantages and the good things that will happen for each one. In other words pro and cons list. While you are deciding whatever it is you are deciding make sure to remain calm for your own good. Remember that overthinking is natural but you shouldn't overthink to the point that you are hurting yourself. Give yourself time to decide the decision that is best for you. One last technique: when you want to do something and you have made this decision countdown from 5 and just do it that way your mind doesn't have time to think through you any longer.
