Hermione's "boyfriend" cheated on her with a new girl, Lavender. At that moment, she had never hated Ron and Lavender more. Other the other hand, Draco's "girlfriend" broke up with him as well and he is broken. But when Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy meets, the two develops a little something that grows into a big something. (Since this is one of my favorite Dramione stories, I might put this on Wattpad with the same tittle, so look out for it! And this is also in progress so pardon me! :))

Chapter 14
Harry and Ginny were sitting together next to the fireplace. A blazing fire danced in the fireplace, giving off it's warmth. The moment Hermione approached them, Ginny leapt up and threw her arms around her, silent. Hermione hugged her back as Harry stood up. He, too, wrapped his arms around her. Hermione staggered slightly beneath the weight of two people. She untangled herself from their arms, a small smile on her face.
"I'm okay, Ginny," she said, brushing invisible dirt from her robes. Ginny's lips tugged up slightly. The edge of her eyes were a bit watery. "Sorry about what happened earlier with, you know," Harry said, gesturing with a hand to empty space. Hermione gave a stiff nod as she sank into an armchair. "It's okay," she murmured. "Those words don't affect me anymore. I'm not weak." Ginny looked as if she was about to burst out into a rant but looking at Harry, who had a warning glint in his emerald green eyes, bit her lip and swallowed her words. They both sat down again.
Hermione folded her hands together, thinking. She did like Draco. If not as a crush, then a friend. If not a friend, then a crush. She decided to tell Harry and Ginny. She opened her mouth, but didn't know how to tell them. Nor did she want to see Harry's reaction, but she knew this was important. Finally, she said, "I like Draco." Harry's eyes flew rapidly to her face. "What?" he asked sharply. "Not as a crush!" Hermione added quickly. "He's changed and I forgive him for everything he's done. He even apologized!" Harry stared at Hermione, thoughts flying one after the other through his mind as he process this information. Then he nodded. Hermione gave a relief sigh and turned to Ginny.
"It's your choice. And honestly, I guess I forgive him too," the redhead said simply, "Though he might not take this too well." Knowing what Ginny meant, Hermione brushed it aside and told them, "I could careless at the moment what he thinks." Harry and Ginny both nodded and Hermione smiled. "I'm only glad you guys didn't react so badly," she said quietly. Harry wrapped his arms around Hermione. "Of course, 'Mione," he says. Ginny broke into a small smile that quickly became sly. "But, well, you do know you blush when he looks at you and smiles," she said. Harry looked from Ginny to Hermione. Then, to both witches' surprise, he shrugged. Hermione gave him a nod. Then she glared at Ginny who wagged her brows playfully at her. "You know, I'm hungry. I'm going to the kitchen," she said, avoiding the subject. She stood up and turned around, starting to walk to the entrance of the common room. As she pushed the portrait open, Ginny called, "Yeah, if you don't go to find Malfoy first!" Hermione blushed red as she tried to ignore Ginny and climbed out, shutting the portrait behind her
