When the twins gave Harry a map of all of Hogwarts secrets:
Fred and George give the map
"What's this rubbish?", Harry says.

When Harry got sassy with Snape:
‘Do you remember me telling you we are practicing nonverbal spells, Potter?’
‘Yes,’ said Harry stiffly.
‘Yes, sir.’
‘There’s no need to call me ‘sir,’ Professor.’

When Harry went sassy telling Hermione he knew something and didn't want to be reminded:
‘The task is two days from now!’, says Hermione.
‘Really? I had no idea.’, replies Harry

When Harry acted smarter than Dudley, reminding him something he already knew:
"This is night, Diddykins — that’s what we call it when it goes all dark like this", said Harry.

‘If you’re interested in plants, you’re better off with Goshawk’s Guide to Herbology. Did you know there's a wizard in Nepal who's growing gravity-resistant trees?’, says Neville.
‘Neville, no offence, but I really don’t care about plants.’, says Harry.

When Harry stood up to Malfoy:
‘You see, I, unlike you, have been made a prefect, which means that I, unlike you, have the power to hand out punishments.’, says Malfoy.
‘Yeah,’ said Harry, ‘but you, unlike me, are a git, so get out and leave us alone.’, says Harry.

When Cedric asked Harry how he was doing in the Triwizard Tournament, Harry simply just says:
‘Spectacular.’

‘Wow, I wonder what it’d be like to have a difficult life?’ said Harry sarcastically.

His aunt and uncle exchanged looks of outrage. "Listening to the news! Again?"
