Also known as the Snake King - is a bright green reptile growing up to 50 feet (15 meters) in length. The male has a scarlet plume on his head and extremely poisonous teeth, but the most dangerous weapon is the sight of his large yellow eyes. A direct glance at them brings immediate death. It hatches from a hen's egg planted with a toad. Its cultivation is illegal, but it goes well, because during the inspection it is enough to pull the eggs from under the toad. They live for several hundred years, with enough food. According to official records, it has not been seen in Britain for at least 400 years.
