Do you ever wonder if it's hard for your owl to deliver mail? Do keep sending it off to deliver mail without rest? In my opinion, the Ministry of Magic should make people sign a form when the buy an owl, making sure that it is treated fairly. Why do we even use owls in the first place? Are we too lazy to deliver our own mail? Wizards should set up a Muggle Post system, where you put mail in a box, and then witches and wizards then collect and deliver the mail. Treat Owls fairly! Also, they don't get good living conditions. It's just a cage, and then a drafty stone owlery every once in a while.
