These days have taken loved ones;
the numbers keep rising.
The day seems lost;
but I see a light on the horizon.

I see a new day
A new world where everyone is aware
Of what things like this can cause
And when knowing the solution is really there.

If we are to see the dawn;
If we are to put an end to this tragedy;

We must live on;
minds and hearts ready.
