Lana POV
“I’m sorry, Severus, but how is that supposed to be useful in being a double agent?“ I ask curiously.
“In the case of an Order member discovering your true side.” He replies.
I realize I am late. I dash out of the room without another word. I mail a letter to Kingsley.
Dear Kingsley,
It’s fine. They were just my adoptive parents, and yes, Order work is more important. When shall I come and help with the Order?

You do not know what it took to write that. I think about wearing a wire, but the Dark Lord would not be okay with a muggle device. I go to the meeting and take my seat between Bellatrix and Dolohov. “Today is Avada Kedavra.” Bellatrix says in a somewhat happy tone. I smirk at her excitement. “It’s your favorite, isn’t it?” I ask. Bellatrix nods and starts doing that plotting pose thing with her hands, and stops when I look at her funny. “Too cliche.” She reminds herself. I stifle a laugh.
“Silence.” The Dark Lord looks at me. “Lana will begin at the Order today.” I don’t particularly want to, but I don’t feel like I have a choice.
