"After all this time?" "Always." This line is basically about when Severus does his Patronus in front of Dumbledore. It's a Doe, just like Lily's. It shows that he truly never stopped loving her.

This is one of my favorite lines from the books. I don't know why it just is. Simply because (i guess) that even the meanest of characters do love.
