We went home again this winter. I was kinda excited. I would have more people to torture! I snuggle into Matt, falling asleep on the train ride home. I knew Lillith was following from a distance. Emma Shawden from that Transfiguration class rode with us. She's cool, I guess. Matt shakes me awake. "Anything from the trolley?" He asks. "Anything is fine." I mutter. He passes me a chocolate frog. "Thanks." I say and open it. An owl taps at our window. It's not Didi. I open it. Ali is written on the front clearly. I pass it to her, "For you." I say. "Thanks Parv." She says. Ali reads it then throws it out the window. "What happened?" Esther asks. "Dad doesn't want me to come home." She mutters. "Why?" Eli asks, but I know the answer.

{A few days earlier}

I was reading when Ali barged in. "Hm." I say, but don't look up from my book. "I wanna be a Death Eater." I drop my book. "Sorry, come again?" I asked. "I. Want. To. Become. A. Death. Eater." She said. "Um. Why?" I asked. "You know why." She snaps. Yeah. I did. She despised her father. And Dumbledore's Army. And the Order of the Phoenix. I nod. Technically, I'm allowed to give people Dark Marks. So I did.

{Present time}
Ali rolled up her sleeve and revealed her Dark mark. They all looked at me. I rolled my eyes. "What? I'm allowed to. And she wanted it." I say. "I mean, thats fair." Alex says. "Can I go back to bed?" I ask. They all nod. "And Ali, come with us for the break." I say before dozing off.
