Backstory
I grew up in a muggle family, so I obviously never knew what Hogwarts was or why I received the letter. I was home alone, my parents were at work. A letter basically came flying at me and then dropped to the ground. I'll admit, I was creeped out. But, what do you expect? A letter was flying, literally flying! Anyway, I read the letter, I couldn’t believe it.When I told my parents about the letter and Hogwarts, they were supportive about it but were clearly just as shocked as I was.
I didn't know until a few months later that my mom wasn't my real mom. My real mother went to Hogwarts, but she sadly passed away. Even though she's gone, I will continue her passion in magic.
