Backstory: his dad (a muggle) found himself in The wizarding world not sure where he was. He managed to stumble upon a female veela. That helped him and of course knew that he was a muggle. Obviously his father fell for the veela and they had a baby, his name was Kai. Sadly Kai's mother had to obliviate his dad. Kai's mother was alone, with his father obliviated and back in the muggle world she had no choice but to put him in an orphanage.
