Perséfone Di Lua is a brazilian witch, daughter of magizoologist Santino Di Lua and apothecary Délia Diniz. She graduated from the magic school in Brazil, Castelobruxo.
Soon after finishing his studies, she applied for vacancies in the Ministry of Magic of her country and, after reaching a high position, even in a short time, she founded CEMAS - Confederation of Magic Education of the Americas, an institution that expanded and revolutionized the education of young wizards of the american continent, opening more exchange programs (such as the alliance with Uagadou and Mahoukotoro), adding new disciplines and reformulating others.
Her work was recognized by all the wizard world which earned her an invitation to work with the British Ministry of Magic, which she gladly accepted under one condition: as long as she could closely monitor the classes at Hogwarts School in that was "sorted" for the Ravenclaw house.
