Backstory

I come from a family where being a witch isn't a surprise. My mum is a witch but my dad is a muggle. Because of my mum, I know a little bit about the wizarding world. I had never been there until I received my Hogwarts letter. My parents were really excited to see the letter arrive. I got to see Diagon alley for the first time and it was really different from the regular streets I have grown to see everywhere. There were a lot of different kinds of shops. When I got everything from the list I was given it was time for me to get an animal as well. I and my mum both liked the barn owl and decided to get him (His name is Dragan). After I had packed everything I was ready to start my first year in Hogwarts. My parents waved when the train started moving and as I saw them fade away into the distance, my first school year had started.
