Backstory

I was born from two magic parents, and I wasn't adopted. They call me a pureblood, but there is something wrong with me: I can't produce magic. Nevertheless, when my letter came in the mail, my parents insisted that I attend Hogwarts in order to indulge in the wizarding world, even if a wand is no more than a stick I own. Perhaps magic can be learned. Perhaps I just need some tutoring. Perhaps I can excel in other types of magic, like potions, even if I myself cannot produce a spell from my wand. What am I? I'm a Pureblood Muggle.
