Backstory
Cece London,Cece is a 4’8 Male thats was 12 years old and is half Snake and human. Cece Suffers From OCD and It is Triggered when ever he sees blood.
He weak Male but Somehow was blessed by being a wizard. His parents were in disbelief since they were both full mortals but some how there son was Half human half snake and a Wizard. When he arrived at Hogwarts everyone thought he was bad and go into Slytherin but he wasn’t and ended up in hufflepuff.
