Backstory

I am a muggle-born, so it was a big shock when I received my Hogwarts letter, it explained all the mysterious things that occurred to me. My parents didn't accept it at first, but after a lot of persuasion, they came around. I was sorted into Hufflepuff, I was surprised, but, I still want to do my best for Hufflepuff. My favourite subject is history of magic, I don't understand why others find it boring. I had to travel a long distance to get to Hogwarts, so I miss my family a lot, but I recently got owl called Hoot, so I've been able to communicate with my family.
