Backstory
It began when I was young, maybe around six years old, that perfect age where fantasy ties into reality and every fish you see is a mermaid; but of course, you're six, and you're just imagining things, right?Wrong.
At age six, the Wizarding World became apparent to me, and ellusive to those what seemed to be the rest of the world. That horse deep in the woods? Clearly a unicorn. That loud noise and fire in the neighbors lawn? A dragon. However, as I grew up, I decided I was to keep these ideas to myself, that is if I wanted to avoid being sent away for going crazy. The day my letter came, my life changed. Of course, my parents, who had been born and raised as muggles, didn't understand, but after many years of begging, they finally allowed me to go.
As a current first-year Hufflepuff student at Hogwarts, I focus my talents and time on the care of magical creatures. My patience for the creatures far exceeds the patience I have for my peers, however, I do get much enjoyment from our class comedians and the ghosts that linger about the school.
