Backstory
Amanda Diggory is Cedric Diggory's dead sister, she died from sucide after her father lost his spirit after Cedric ( father's favorite child ) passed in the tournement. She haunts Umbridge constantly after Umbridge started telling lies about her late brother. She decided to end her own life during year 4, 2 years after Cedric died. She helps George keep Fred's memory alive by fooling around with Filtch. Mcgonagall made her keep going to classes after finding out how smart she is, she is top of her classes and study buddies with Hermione! Can speak Parseltongue ( but keeps it a secret )
