Backstory
Five years ago, I was in my last year at Hogwarts, and the truth is, I never wanted to let go of that magical castle that the students call 'home'. I still have the most vivid memories stored in my memory vial collection. The first and most amazing would be the one where I was sorted into Hufflepuff. The hat took at least a minute to decide that, while I was nervous the entire time, what with every student and teacher staring at me, puzzled. Similarly, there are a lot of other memories stacked up the shelf, a reminiscence of the past.Interestingly, being a pureblood wasn't as easy I thought it would be. My greatest weakness would be my fear of losing my memories (hence the stacked vials and the personal pensieve) and my infamous short temper. My greatest strength would be my creativity and imagination, my way of perceiving things around me. I have always felt that there is something to learn from the things you see.
Talking about learning, I still remember enjoying almost all my classes, except for History of magic (It could turn a little boring at times, even though I loved hearing about famous historical events). My favourite class would be the Defence against the Dark Arts class. I loved it then, and I still do. That is why, I have taken up the responsibility of spreading the knowledge that I gained through my experience in the Battle of Hogwarts- which took place in 1998. During Voldemort's reign, life was difficult. You would ask me 'Why?', and I'd say ' Because my family was involved in his plans'. I wanted to stand apart and so I asked the Sorting Hat to place me in Hufflepuff, isn't that funny (It wanted to place me in Ravenclaw, but you know it does consider your wishes).
I know that there is a lot more to discover in the Wizarding World, and being a Hogwarts Professor gives me the privilege to understand my fellow magical community and it is truly a memory to remember to live a magical life.
