Backstory

As a young child, I was always the runt. My parents were put into prison, or so people say. They disappeared, if you ask me. And since then, I live with a foster family. The Beauregaurds. They want me there for the extra money, but I can’t complain. They feed me and give me clothes. They let me wander around and do my own thing, not really caring where I go. As a kid who just turned eleven, a lot has changed. The fire place goes ablaze when I’m angry, and the wind slows down when I find it too cold. The weather bends for me, and I don’t know why.... until I got the letter.
