Backstory

My family is what you might call a mixed house, my mother is a Ravenclaw and my father is a Gryffindor. I however was the first in my family to be sorted in to Slytherin in centuries. It felt like an eternity sitting under that hat waiting for a decision, he kept mumbling things about bright like my mother but brave like my father. Being a pureblood Slytherin puts alot of nasty stereotypes on your back, for the first year or so every other house avoided my and my own house isn't really like me as I wasn't really a "pureblood Slytherin". But now things are better I'm loving my classes specifically Defence Against the Dark Arts and Transfiguration. I made afew friends, my best friend is a muggleborn Hufflepuff who makes the best cupcakes in the world. I don't particularly care for potions because I can never seem to get the recipe right, or History of Magic even though it's one of my best classes. I was born 6 months after the battle of Hogwarts, my parents both fought in the battle and lost many friends. I haven't really decided on a career yet, my DADA professor says I should consider becoming an Auror but I dont know yet, I think I might want to teach. I love how free magic is, sure there are rules and regulations but if you put your mind to it you can do practically anything with magic. I have a pet tabby cat named Mr.man, he is only loving and affectionate when it suits his needs but I love him anyways. My little sister just started at Hogwarts this year and the rest of you Gryffindors better be nice to her, or else.
