Backstory
How much can you really know about life at the age of 11? Being a muggle born, I was surprised to receive a letter at all, let alone one from a school of magic. I'm an only child, so as far as I know this isn't a common occurrence in our family. My parents certainly never heard of Hogwart's before receiving our letter. They were skeptical at first, but after dropping into The Leaky Cauldron and a chance meeting with the headmaster they suddenly agreed that this would be a great opportunity.Every day so far has been like magic. I can't wait to learn more about Defense Against the Dark Arts and Herbology. This is such a big world to learn about and I can't wait to get started.
