Backstory
When I received my letter I thought it was a joke played my my friend, but my mother explained that my father was a wizard. I couldn't believe it, or maybe I just didn't want to believe it. I knew the things that happened around me weren't normal. My mother made it clear I didn't have much of a choice but to leave my friends and come to Hogwarts.
