~Backstory~
I grew up in an old trailer park with my dad, my little sis, and my older brother. My mom had died in a drunk driving accident, and my dad was an alcoholic. He would beat me and my brother a lot. We would dream about running away, but we knew we had to stay or else Alecia (my little sis) would die. She had cancer and was taking treatments. We couldn't run away and leave her to the wrath of dad, but we couldn't afford her treatments ourselves. 3 months after my sister was diagnosed as cancer-free, my dad committed suicide. We have been in and out of foster homes since then.
