As a first-year student of Hogwarts, Darcy eagerly joined in upon receiving her letter. She is a double-time Ravenclaw [as according to Pottermore a Muggle — pfft, Muggles — website], with a hare as a Patronus (both times) and 14 1/2 inch elm wood unicorn core wand (both times)! She is also a muggle-born with no magical blood!
