Backstory
Well, I was born in the United States but moved to the UK when I was only 5 years old. My mother was a nurse in one of the local hospitals and my father was a teacher at the school down the lane from our home. On my 11th birthday, I received an odd letter in the mail. At first, I thought it may have just been a birthday card from my grandparents in the states. I opened it half expecting the normal cheesy "We love you, have a happy birthday!", but was taken aback to find in my hands was my very own Hogwarts acceptance letter! Come to find out, my mom was a full-blooded witch from the states, heck, on my grandfather's side we're even related to Merlin! I couldn't wait to go to Diagon Alley and get my school supplies for the first time! Along with my supplies, I bought my pet Eagle-owl, Chesterton. I can't wait to see where my Journey at Hogwarts takes me!
