I am an intelligent Muggle-born, starting out at Hogwarts. When I received my Hogwarts letter, I was amazed and elated. My parents, who are both Muggles, were proud but confused about what being a witch meant. I have, of course, read our books thoroughly and even practiced incantations without my wand. I can't wait for the year to start!
