Ethrop Snape

Backstory

A distant relative of the Snape family. Graduate of Hogwarts and proud Slytherin, Ethrop decided to become an Auror. He has seen a lot of pain and hurt in his life and in others and wanted to try and bring peace in the wizarding community.

He is very reserved, quite and mysterious much like a famous relative of his that taught at Hogwarts many many decades before. He enjoys studying and caring for magical creatures. Spends most of his free time reading about magical creatures and the current Dark Arts news and information. Not a social butterfly. Potions is a hobby. He always had a talent for it, but never pursued it as a career due to the family name.

He is very tall and lanky and inherited the pale skin and dark black hair and eyes that seem to run in his family. In his late thirties and never married, probably never will either. He lives alone in a small flat above the Leaky Caldron during the summer, but is offered to come as a personal Auror on the Hogwarts staff during the year. Almost acting as a security guard on grounds and a security consultant to Hogwarts staff.
