Backstory
Raised by my muggle parents and becoming more and more disillusioned as I grew older, it is no wonder that I found Hogwarts. I was walking while reading one day ( a terrible habit if one is not used to it) and I stumbled into a bush of black berries. I woke up on the other side to find the castle standing in front of me, a beacon of understanding, a soft voice beckoning me to join her. Dumbledore was pleased when he saw me because he had been "waiting for me for quite some time". I was sorted into Ravenclaw and befriended Luna Lovegood. I loved all of my classes, especially Charms and History of Magic. Most people would yawn over that class but just because a crusty old ghost teaches it doesn't mean the content is boring too. I often read far into the night on goblin rebellions and when hags began to emerge in Britain, coming to class the next day with bags under my heavy eyes. After I received my N.E.W.T.s and graduated from Hogwarts, I joined a thousand year old convent dedicated to the continuation of the education of the history of magic. I was isolated there for three years and learned much from the ancient texts and ancient people alike. Once I returned, I began writing articles and books on various historical subjects as well as consulting the Ministry on fine details of history relevant to a case or law. Currently, I am writing a series of biographies on each of the members of the Golden Trio as well as their friends and enemies. In the near future, I hope to begin a compilation of witch fashion dating from the Dark Ages of Europe.
