Backstory

My parents always knew I was going to get into Hogwarts and Slytherin- "The best house" they chanted. But still (when the letter came) surprise shot through me like lightning. Strolling through Diagon Alley was all a haze: my parents showered me with gifts. They have fairly good day jobs but 'help out' He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. Sometimes I feel like they want me to be just like them: have a job but be a Death-Eater as well.
I'm a pure-blood and come from a two lesser wizarding families- ones that literally no-one knows about! I guess all my family liked to dabble in dark arts. Each of them became Death-Eaters and landed themselves cells in Azkaban. Well, not all: my parents never got caught!
