Backstory
I was extremely surprised to get my Hogwarts letter as I am muggle born, but I'm so glad!!!! I'm in Ravenclaw and my family are so proud! It is a weird feeling when I walk through the barrier of 9 3/4 and it doesn't feel real until I see the castle. I enjoy my classes. I am in love with the Ravenclaw common room it's so beautiful and I feel privileged to be able to be in it everyday. Everyone in my year (in Ravenclaw) is really nice.But I think the best thing about going to Hogwarts is that my best friend from the muggle world - Grace - is a half-blood and is in my year. Even though she is in Gryffindor, I still have most of my lessons with her and see her everyday. I'm so proud of her getting to be a chaser on the Gryffindor Quidditch team, even if I feel bad when I am cheering for Ravenclaw instead of her.
