Backstory

My parents are Muggles, but they weren't entirely shocked when I recieved my letter from Hogwarts. My mum and dad each had a magical sibling, and they were thrilled when they found out that I am a witch. I, however, was surprised to discover my magical ability. After all, I didn't know about the Wizarding World, so naturally I was skeptical. It took a whole lot of convincing, but I eventually agreed to just travel with them to London (I still hadn't accepted my powers, though). When a wand was put in my hand and I was thrown back, I still thought it was a trick. The moment I belived in magic was when my true wand was put in my hand. I felt a beautiful power surge through me, and it felt new and familiar at the same time. My wand lit up, and that was the moment I believed them. I am a witch.
