Backstory
Hello! My name is Valorie Edgewood, or Vix. I am a first year student at Hogwarts. I am a muggle born, and when I fist got my letter, I was ecstatic! My parents, of course being the safest beings on earth, thought it was some sort of scam, but I knew Hogwarts was real. I was always able to make weird stuff happen, which I later learned was totally normal. My parents didn't want me to go, worrying it was some sort of trap, but while I was trying to find my way into Diagon Alley, I met another magical girl, and she showed me around. She helped me buy my books, materials and my wand (which is made out of redwood with a dragon heartstring core, 11 3/4" with hard flexibility), taught me how to get to platform 9 3/4, and most importantly helped me buy my orange and black striped Siberian Kitten! I went home, told my parents all about Diagon Alley (they couldn't deny what I saw) and I was allowed to go to Hogwarts! I was sorted into Ravenclaw, and I am having so much fun learning everything about anything! I hope I can get to know you as I progress further into my lessons!
