Backstory
I was swimming in a river when an owl swooped above my head. I ate it. Then I found a letter and it had some numbers on it so I thought it was a license plate so I took it to the Zootopia DMV, But it wasn't a license plate. It was a letter. But I am an otter so I can't read so someone read it to me and I swam here.
