Backstory

When I got my Hogwarts letter, all of my family were so happy for me! When I got on that train I was so excited. I got to Hogwarts and I was told by some old raggy hat that I was put in Slytherin! I was so proud but some gasped at the thought of THEM being in Slytherin. I'm Katie Wilson a Pure Blood. My house is Slytherin. I didn't want a rat, owl or a cat because I already had a pet niffler named Mint, so I took him with me instead and I was overjoyed!
My wand is made out of: Dogwood wood with a Dragon heartstring core 13" and has a Slightly Springy flexibility

I have also been known to re-home all creatures from cats to nifflers to dragons! This is why dorm is always overrunning with stray animals looking for a home! I care for them all as if they were my own but it is always nice to see them go off to a great home! Professors, such as the Care of Magical Creatures Professor are always asking if I can bring in one of my magical foster creatures for demonstration in class! I'm perfectly fine with this because I ensure the animals do not stressed and the professors allow me promote my work in re-homing animals!
