Backstory
Living under the dark side of the mountain close to the beach was where I discovered my magic. My father was deathly ill when I was seven, so my mother continued to raise me away from society because I was 'different'. I didn't want to be different. I wanted to be normal; have friends, play kickball at a school. But my mother showed me another world down by the beach. She would take me out to every sunrise and play an instrument of her own making - the placon. Her music willed me to reach inside of myself until I finally realized that there was an ember within me; something that wasn't 'normal'. I learned to touch and play with it until I was able to ride waves, move wind, and breathe the trees. My mother and father were both muggles, but my grandma on my mother's side was a witch.
